An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides a confidential counselling and information service for your employees via phone, video, live chat, and instant messaging, along with an app and online resources for support.


COPE partners with HealthHero, chosen for their outstanding reputation and exclusive rates. Unlike many EAP providers that use generalists, our helplines are staffed by qualified specialists available 24/7.


Employees can access structured phone or face-to-face counselling for up to six sessions near their home or workplace. While counseling helps, issues often stem from challenges at home that affect workplace performance, such as relationship problems, financial stress, caregiving difficulties, and health concerns.
